William Hall began his career in the financial services industry with Legg Mason in 1999. There he advised shareholders in the Funds Investor Services group while working with some of the industry's top money managers. William left the Baltimore, MD headquarters to begin his practice in Legg Mason's Bethesda, MD branch. There he focused on retirement planning for individuals and small businesses. In July of 2004, William completed the requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He remained with Legg Mason until joining UBS in 2005, where he continued to grow his business through October 2008. At this point, he left and founded Hall Wealth Management Group, LLC to continue providing independent guidance in a rapidly changing financial market.
William is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He holds his Series 7, 24 & 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Hampton University. William enjoys mentoring through such organizations as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Langston Junior Boys & Girls Golf Club. He lives in Fort Washington, MD with his wife and three children.
